Our Sydney store has tents on display and we offer detailed demonstrations for anyone who would like to learn more about Feldon Shelter.
We also offer free roof top tent installation at our Sydney workshop for those who live close by or are travelling to the area. Our Sydney workshop can also complete your overlanding vehicle fit out, from draws and storage to battery systems and everything in-between, we’ve got you covered!

All Feldon Shelter products come with a 2 year warranty.
Installation
We offer free installation at our Sydney workshop, but if you’re based outside of Sydney, and planning to install your roof top tent yourself, please allow 1-2 hours for installation.

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct a thorough inspection on the products you ordered. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time should be between 3-7 working days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been processed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and not be used. You must have the item in its original packaging.
